Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team and business operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Support the legal team in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to legal matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business.
  • Provide general legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; a diploma or certification as a Legal Executive is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
