Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team and business operations.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Support the legal team in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business.
- Provide general legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; a diploma or certification as a Legal Executive is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
