A private investment group that manages global assets and trusts, our client is looking for a Counsel to join its team. Applicants will need to be familiar with operating fund investments in all asset classes and be responsible for interfacing with counterparties, intermediaries and service providers, while overseeing regulatory compliance matters. Tax experience would be viewed favorably. 

Successful candidates will possess:

• At least 10PQE with significant banking and finance experience. Relevant corporate experience handling funds and structured products documentation would be advantageous.
• Familiarity in the regulatory requirements for trading in financial markets and currencies.
• Be commercially attuned to business needs and be able to offer pragmatic solutions.
• High energy, strong leadership skills, maturity and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
