Freehills partner Natalie Gullifer and Freehills consultant Peggy Haines are set to make the move to Lander & Rogers on 1 June.  Also involved in the transfer will be Beth McConnell and Marlene Hewer, who will be joining Landers as senior associates. The lawyers will pursue work in financial services regulation, including funds management, superannuation and anti-money laundering.

Gullifer said the split with Freehills had been amicable. “Freehills has been very co-operative about our team’s decision to depart, and we expect to maintain a strong working relationship with the firm,” she said.
