Ashurst has launched Ashurst Advance, an integrated global team focused on innovating three critical areas of legal-service delivery: resources, process and technology.

Legal analysts led by Glasgow-based Iain Brown handle recurring work, ensuring the efficient execution of legal matters and effective use of resources. Meanwhile, specialist legal project managers under the direction of Rachael Moore in Syndey are tasked with matching the right people with the most suitable work as well as to develop material process efficiency for legal concerns.

The technology team, led by Brisbane-based Tae Royle, is improving client service by automating Ashurst's legal services, allowing the firm to save time, boost accuracy and gain analytics.

Ashurst Advance is also expected to provide the firm with R&D capability, setting the stage for its continuing innovation in NewLaw issues and other concerns.
