Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Shin & Kim have advised the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM) on its issuance of $1 billion 1.25 percent notes due 2015, with Davis Polk & Wardwell advising the underwriters.

A Davis Polk team led by Hong Kong-based partner Eugene Gregor advised the underwriters – Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs International, JP Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co International, UBS AG, Daewoo Securities, and U.S. Bancorp Investments. Gregor was assisted by tax partner John Paton in London.
