Priyabrat Tripathy and Abhishek Aggarwal, formerly lawyers at law firm Agarwal Jetley & Co. and highway builder GR Infraprojects, respectively, have launched an infrastructure and dispute resolution-focused boutique in Delhi called Apex Partners.

Tripathy has more than two decades of experience representing clients in the road and rail sectors. At Agarwal Jetley & Co, he launched the infrastructure advisory practice. Meanwhile, Aggarwal specialises in arbitrations, quantification of claims and contract management.
