Simmons & Simmons has introduced LaunchPlus, an online resource for startup hedge fund managers in Hong Kong.

LaunchPlus offers emerging managers a comprehensive support service designed to help them roll out and run a new hedge fund management business. It builds on the UK version for London-based startups, which was named as “Best New Legal Product” in the Lawyer Business Leadership Awards last year.

“From working through structuring and domicile considerations through to helping a new manager plan the critical milestones for their launch, Simmons & Simmons LaunchPlus has the key information anyone setting up a Hong Kong hedge fund business needs, and it is provided by a team that supports clients during the startup phase and beyond,” said partner Gaven Cheong.

The firm has the largest hedge fund team in London, providing support across the world, including Hong Kong and Singapore.
