Hogan Lovells has launched a mobile app called How to Indo with the aim of helping companies navigate the legal landscape when doing business in Indonesia.

Producing in conjunction with Dewi Negara Fachri & Partners, Hogan Lovells’ recently announced associate firm in Indonesia, the app has guides covering legal issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure transactions, financing arrangements, restructuring and insolvency and dispute management. 

Mark Cooper, a corporate partner in Singapore, said that the app will make it easier for clients “to take informed business decisions.”
