HSA Advocates has expanded its project finance and banking practice by hiring partner Jagvir Singh from DSK Legal.

Singh, who will also focus on the firm’s corporate, M&A and general corporate advisory practices, worked for Fox Mandal Little before joining DSK Legal. He began his career with India’s ministry of finance, with whom he served as a customs and excise officer for 13 years.

With Singh joining HSA as its third project finance and banking partner, the firm now has a total of 15 partners, nine of whom specialise in corporate and M&A.
