ASX-listed law firm group Integrated Legal Holdings (ILH) has announced that all of its firms will be re-branded as Rockwell Olivier by March 2013.  The name will apply to the groups various firms including Argyle Lawyers in Sydney, Rockwell Bates in Melbourne and Talbot Olivier in Perth.

ILH managing director Graeme Fowler first flagged the plan with ALB in August and said bringing the members firms together under one brand and strategy would provide clients and employees with enhanced opportunities and prospects.

“Separately, the ILH member firms excel in their respective markets; together, they have over 100 years of experience, bring complementary services and skills, and form a dynamic, exciting and formidable new national firm with enormous growth potential,” he said.

The formation of Rockwell Olivier is consistent with ILH announcements in August 2012 which stated that the next stage in the company’s strategic development would be a move towards more consistent branding across member firms.

Peter Bobbin, managing principal of Argyle Lawyers (soon to become Rockwell Olivier Sydney) added: “Rockwell Olivier is more than a name change; it’s a desire to offer our clients a law firm that is an improved version of the individual firms.”

According to Fowler ILH has strong future growth prospects and the development of Rockwell Olivier is another important step in the implementation of the company’s strategic plan.
