The desk, operating out of the UK, India and Dubai, will complement the firm’s 16-year association with Indian law firm Tuli & Co. "Kennedys and Tuli’s associative relationship remains unchanged and as strong as ever. In fact, Tuli’s people form a central part of our India desk team," said a spokesperson.

The new desk will feature the following practice areas: Aviation, commercial, corporate, employment and HR, finance, IP, litigation, mediation and arbitration, pharmaceutical and clinical trials claims, product liability, product recalls and real estate.

The desk will also assist entrepreneurs in India seeking advice on doing business in the UK.
