Vivek Daswaney, most recently a corporate partner at India’s IndusLaw, has returned to Mumbai boutique V Law Partners, which he founded in 2009.

Joining Daswaney are three IndusLaw associates. The arrival of the team takes V Law’s headcount to seven, including two partners.

Prior to working with IndusLaw, Daswaney worked as a partner at ALMT Legal and D.H. Law Associates.

V Law currently focuses on real-estate M&A work. With the return of Daswaney, the firm plans to expand to four partners.

Daswaney’s expertise lies in corporate commercial and transactional work, and his areas of practice include private equity, joint ventures, M&A, real estate and employment.
