Indian law firm Narasappa, Doraswamy & Raja (NDR) has merged with V Chambers of Law, a three-month-old Mumbai start-up founded by former AZB partner Vineetha MG.



The merger will come into effect on Apr. 1 this year, and the rebranded firm will be known as Samvād Partners.



Samvād will have three partners in Bangalore: Harish Narasappa, Siddharth Raja and Poornima Hatti. Vineetha MG, meanwhile, will continue to be based in Mumbai.



Aside from its headquarters in Bangalore, NDR has offices in Delhi and Chennai.
