Marks & Clerk Australia has appointed Virginia Beniac-Brooks as a new partner. She becomes the fourth partner in the firm’s Melbourne office, following the appointment of Matt Pini earlier this year. She specialises in biochemistry and both prosecution and litigation of patents and trade marks.
Marks & Clerk Australia is part of the global firm of patent and trade mark attorneys, Marks & Clerk. The firm opened in Melbourne in 2011.

“We are delighted that Virginia has joined our growing, high quality Australian team,” said  Keith Hodkinson, chairman of Marks & Clerk International.
