Nominations are now open for Asian Legal Business’ 10th annual Japan Law Awards, the winners of which will be announced in a gala ceremony at the Ritz Carlton hotel on Friday, June 20.
The event will cover a total of 28 categories, which have been designed to showcase leading in-house and law firm legal practitioners, as well as highlight the key deals which have taken place over the past 12 months. In order to take into account the changing nature of legal work in Japan, the new award categories introduced this year include: TMT Law Firm of the Year, TMT In-House Team of the Year and Emerging Market Practice of the Year.
The nominations will be evaluated and judged by a select group of impartial experts, which will include both key in-house individuals and industry specialists. The finalists list will be released in early May.
