Norton Rose Fulbright has ended its five-year-long alliance with Susandarini & Partners in Indonesia, and named TNB & Partners, founded by three of its partners in that country, as its new associate firm.

TNB & Partners was founded by Tasdikiah Siregar, Nadia Soraya and Benny Bernarto. Siregar, who joined Susandarini from Makarim & Taira S. in 2012, has been head of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Indonesian banking and finance practice. Also a banking specialist, Soraya was with MD & Partners, White & Case’s associate firm in Indonesia until around May last year, when she moved to Norton Rose Fulbright. And Bernarto, a corporate lawyer, joined from Makarim in April.

In a statement, the firm said it had entered into the new association “to pursue growth in this key Asia-Pacific market for the benefit of their clients.”
