Jersey-headquartered offshore law firm Bedell Cristin is set to merge with Solomon Harris, which is located in the Cayman Islands. The new entity will be known as Bedell Cristin.

The 28-lawyer Solomon Harris specialises in offshore corporate commercial work, investment funds, insurance and reinsurance, dispute resolution, and real estate transactions. 

Aside from its offices in the Channel Islands, Bedell Cristin, which has 140 lawyers, also has offices in Singapore, BVI and London. It focuses on cross border legal services in the areas of banking, funds and international private client work.
