PricewaterhouseCoopers has welcomed Jakarta-based Melli Darsa & Co. (MDC) to its global network of firms.

Founded in 2002 by senior partner Melli Darsa, MDC will continue to operate as a separate and independent law firm. Working alongside other Indonesian firms in PwC’s network, MDC will provide legal services such as corporate and commercial structuring, M&A, employment, and entity governance and compliance to organisations and companies.

In March, PwC’s legal arm expanded its presence in Hong Kong through its association with Tiang & Co. It also opened its Singapore office – its first in the APAC region – in December last year.
