Singapore-based boutique Collyer Law, which focuses on emerging growth companies, has collaborated with U.S. technology company Anduin on an issue-tracking platform for the legal market.

According to a release, the Anduin Issue Tracker turns scattered issues, positions and documents into insights that help lawyers run efficient negotiations and create better legal documentation precedents.

It also helps teams transform annotations on agreements into issue lists that can be shared with clients, and additionally gives lawyers instant access to clients’ past positions, helps them get up to speed on the progress of negotiations, and aligns distributed teams working on the same deal, the release added.
