Perth: Squire Sanders has announced the appointment of senior financial services lawyer Josh Clarke. Clarke, who has joined the firm as Counsel, was previously a partner at the Singapore office of Watson Farley & Williams and is a dual-qualified U.S. and Australian attorney. He specialises in cross-border finance with broad experience in syndicated and secured bank financings. Squire Sanders said in a statement that more senior appointments were in the pipeline in the Australian market.
