Squire Sanders has significantly expanded its financial services group with the appointment of partner Tom Lennox, who joins the firm’s Sydney office from DibbsBarker.

Lennox  is also a 19 year veteran of Mallesons (now King & Wood Mallesons), where he was partner in charge of the firm’s Sydney and Hong Kong offices. He was also the General Counsel and Company Secretary for Allco Finance Group before joining DibbsBarker in 2009. Also joining Squire Sanders’ Sydney office are senior associate Kate Prior and associate Abigail Sardinia.

Lennox is the fourth partner to join Squire Sanders in Sydney since the office launched in November 2012, following the arrival of corporate partners Campbell Davidson from Allens and
Richard Horton from DLA Piper, and construction partner Avendra Singh from Colin Biggers & Paisley.
