Boutique law firm Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA) has advised Cravia Holding in its joint venture with Saudi Arabia’s Rawabet Al Oukhouwa to expand the Zaatar w Zeit franchise into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The deal will result in the establishment of Saudi Arabia’s Wraps Arabia, which will be responsible for Zaatar w Zeit's entry, growth and expansion in the kingdom. The strategic partnership will take effect in September with the opening of the world’s largest Zaatar w Zeit in Riyadh. An additional 57 outlets are scheduled to be opened over the next few years under the partnership.

The TLA team was led by managing partner Rindala Beydoun who was assisted by associates Lina Charbel, Roula Khaled and Jihad Harfouche.

Cravia Holding is a UAE based company managing the Cinnabon, Seattle’s Best Coffee and Zaatar w Zeit franchises. Rawabet Al Oukhouwa company is part of Saudi Arabia’s  Al Rajhi Group. ALB
