Indian law firm HSA Advocates has hired Aninda Pal as a corporate partner in its Mumbai office from Juris Corp.

Pal specialises in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory advisory and general corporate. Prior to Juris Corp, Pal was a counsel at Trilegal.

Earlier in May, HSA hired three lawyers from Khaitan & Co. and launched an office in Bangalore.
