They have an established Intellectual Property Practice in Hong Kong headed by two internationally renowned IP/IT lawyers with several blue chip clients who are looking to bolster their team with an experienced IP/IT Lawyer to assist with the increased high profile work load in its Hong Kong Office. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to broaden his/her IP/IT Law experience, working directly with Partners, and other senior associates.

Intellectual Property / IT Associate 2-5 PQE

Responsibilities:

• This role involves contentious and non-contentious IP work
• The IP / IT work will largely be focused on PRC Intellectual Property Law that is conducted from the Hong Kong Office
• The scope of work includes Trade Marks, Patents, Copyright, Commercial IP & Internet IP

Requirements:

• 3-6 PQE in Intellectual Property/ IT
• Strong academic background
• The successful candidate will have a good track record of leading IP/IT matters he/she has been involved in
• Ability to work efficiently and diligently under pressure and work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken/written/drafting)
