Nagra focuses on arbitration, commercial disputes, white-collar crime cases, tax and regulatory litigation. He appears before the Supreme Court of India, high courts, tribunals and commissions. Earlier, he was a partner at Economics Laws Practice.

At DSK Legal, Nagra will be joined by associate partners Kartik Yadav and Pranav Vyas, and senior associate Neha Sarna.

Anand, who has 12 years of experience, specialises in private equity, M&A, disposals, FDI, joint ventures and restructuring, particularly in new technologies. Anand will be joined at DSK Legal by principal associates Nakul Batra and Jitendra Soni, and senior associate Chirag Jain.

Nagra and Anand’s departures from CAM come after the exits of corporate partners Manishii Pathak, Nivedita Tiwari  and Harsh Kumar.
