Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) has added Peggy Wang (L) and Victor Sim as partners in in Hong Kong from White & Case.

Wang, who has more than 15 years of experience, focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Meanwhile, Sim, who was a counsel at White & Case, focuses on leveraged, structured and real estate finance. 

Following the hires of Wang and Sim, NRF now has 20 partners in its Hong Kong office.

Indian law firms Khaitan & Co and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co have advised Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (BIRET) on its acquisition of a 50 percent stake in Rostrum Realty from Bharti Enterprises for 60 billion rupees ($719 million).
