Asian Legal Business is proud to announce the 2023 edition of its handbook ALB Guide to the Greater Bay Area. The handbook will be published in English and Simplified Chinese and is intended to have a one-year shelf life.

As the Greater Bay Area integration plan has entered its third year, the total economic volume of the area has experienced an increase of 2.4 trillion RMB higher than that in 2017. The collaborative effect of innovation, synergy benefits of industries as well as high-end talent inflow has transformed the region towards the aim of being a world-class megacity cluster and technology hub. 

This ALB handbook covers a number of topics and chapters including capital markets, cross-border M&A, cross-border wealth management, data compliance, intellectual property, tax and trusts, dispute resolution and key city/province legal updates, among others.

ALB now sincerely invites more contributors and supporting organizations to join hands on the publication of the handbook.

《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）很高兴地向您宣布：2023年ALB粤港澳大湾区法律指南目前正在筹备之中，并预计于2022年底出版。本手册将同时以中英双语发行，在出版后一年时间内，为寻求科创板上市的企业提供全方面指导。

粤港澳大湾区成立已逾三年，依托前海深港现代服务业合作区、横琴粤澳深度合作区等重大合作平台，粤港澳三地在协同创新、产业协作、高水平人才高地建设等领域不断加强。不同行业领域的互联互通，正推动粤港澳大湾区向建成国际一流湾区和世界级城市群稳步迈进。
