Offshore law firm Ogier now has a presence in Ireland after merging with Dublin-based Leman Solicitors. The merged entity will be known as Ogier Leman in Ireland from June this year.
Established in 2007 by partners John Hogan and Larry Fenelon, Leman has 52 lawyers, including eight partners. It has strengths in corporate, real estate, employment, financial services, dispute resolution and restructuring.
Following the merger, Ogier now has 900 employees and 100 partners worldwide. Apart from offices in offshore jurisdictions BVI, Caymans, Guerney, Jersey and Luxembourg, Ogier also has a presence in the cities of Beijing, Hong Kong, London, Shanghai, Singapore, and Tokyo.
