U.S. law firm Cooley has launched Cooley GO, a resource centre for entrepreneurs with businesses at different stages of the growth cycle, in Asia.

Cooley GO, which was first launched in U.S. in 2014, will offer guidance and legal document generation capabilities tailored to serve the entrepreneur and investor community in Asia. The site will initially be focused on the Southeast Asia and India markets.

Cooley GO’s Asia content will include region-specific material, as well as document generators for a variety of standard forms that may be used by early-stage companies, including employment documents and investment documents.
