Indian boutique firm PSL Advocates & Solicitors is all set to open a new office in Bengaluru, the firm’s fourth branch after Delhi, Mumbai, and Chandigarh.

The new office will be headed by co-founding partner Siddharth Jain, who specialises in dispute resolution, corporate restructuring and financial transactions, data protection and competition law.

The past few months have seen major Indian law firms expand their presence in Bengaluru through lateral hires or mergers. These have included Khaitan & Co, J Sagar Associates, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Link Legal, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
