The 17-partner SNG, established in 1962, currently has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Singapore. Following the alliance with R&P, it will also have a presence in Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Cochin, Madurai and Visakhapatnam.

R&P, established in 1981, mainly focuses on dispute resolution, corporate and commercial issues, intellectual property, audit and due diligence, litigation and real estate.
