Singaporean law firm Donaldson & Burkinshaw and Sydney-headquartered Meridian Lawyers have announced a strategic alliance to enhance cross-border cooperation in insurance and commercial legal services.

Donaldson, one of Singapore’s oldest law firms, has clients in the healthcare, commercial, corporate, financial, insurance, industrial, and public sectors. Apart from Singapore, the firm has an office in Kuala Lumpur.

Established in 2004, the health-and-insurance-focused Meridian Lawyers also provides legal counsel on corporate and commercial law, employment law, and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. It has five offices in Australia.
