Sidley Austin has expanded its corporate and finance practice in Hong Kong with the hire of capital markets specialist Dominic Tsun as a senior project manager.

Kirkland & Ellis senior corporate partner Dominic Tsun, who acted on a number of notable Hong Kong IPOs in the past year, has left the firm’s Hong Kong office.
