Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has added a fourth partner to its ranks in July as real estate attorney Siddharth Singh joins the firm along with his entire team in Ahmedabad. Singh previously ran his own law firm SBS Legal Advocates in the city.

Singh advises clients on real estate deals across sectors, including developers, PSUs, pharmaceuticals & healthcare, manufacturing and conglomerates.

“I am delighted to welcome Siddharth on board. His background and breadth of experience aligns well with our Firm’s vision and overall growth strategy in real estate practice and Gujarat region,” said CAM managing partner Cyril Shroff in a statement.

“His joining reflects our commitment to meeting the growing needs of our Gujarat office,” added CAM Ahmedabad office head Paridhi Adani.

Singh will be CAM’s fifth partner in Gujarat’s financial capital.

The firm in July has also added M&A partner Pooranimaa Hariharan in Bengaluru, banking partner Pranav Sharma in Mumbai and corporate partner Himanshu Chahar in Abu Dhabi.
