Clyde & Co. has added four new partners in Asia, two in Singapore through lateral hires, and a promotion each in Singapore and Hong Kong.

In Singapore, the firm has hired corporate specialist Justin Tan from local firm Rodyk & Davidson, and international arbitration expert June Yeum from Lee & Ko in Seoul. 

Tan, who spent seven years with Allen & Overy in Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai, focuses on M&A, commercial and projects, with expertise across the industrials, energy, infrastructure, real estate and chemicals sectors.

Yeum, who will spend time between Singapore and New York, was co-head of the Lee & Ko’s international dispute resolution group. Prior to that, she was with Baker & McKenzie and Duane Morris in New York.

Clyde & Co has also promoted aviation lawyer Trudy Seow to its partnership in Singapore, and elevated transportation finance specialist Conor Warde in Hong Kong.

With these additions, the firm now has 46 partners in the APAC region‎.
