India’s IndusLaw has grown its competition practice with the hire of Unnati Agarwal as a partner in Delhi from J. Sagar Associates, where she was an associate principal.

Agarwal advises on M&A transactions, antitrust litigation, commercial agreements and business practices from a competition law perspective. She is IndusLaw’s second partner hire in Delhi this year, following the addition of disputes expert Shashi Mathews.

Prior to joining JSA, Agarwal worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
