Ashurst has added corporate lawyer Melody He-Chen as a partner in Hong Kong from DLA Piper.

He-Chen joined DLA in February 2015 as a partner from Morrison & Foerster, where she spent three years. Before that, she was a partner at the legacy Herbert Smith for nearly six years.

An expert in finance, private equity, capital markets, M&A and compliance matters, He-Chen advises investment banks, corporations and international conglomerates.

Ashurst’s Hong Kong office now has 18 partners after the addition of He-Chen, seven of whom focus on corporate/M&A.
