Baker McKenzie has bolstered its capital markets and M&A practice in Hong Kong with the addition of Victoria Lloyd from Ropes & Gray.

 

With more than 25 years of experience, Lloyd advises on corporate and commercial, corporate finance, and M&A matters.

Lloyd’s hire takes the number of partners at Baker McKenzie’s Hong Kong office to 40.
