Hong Kong boutique Hugill & Ip has added disputes specialist Fiona Chan as a partner from fellow city firm Boase Cohen & Collins.

Chan advises on civil and commercial litigation, family law, wills, probate and contentious and non-contentious estate administration, among other matters. She had been with Boase Cohen since 2005.

Hugill & Ip, which was established in 2018, now has seven partners.
