Indian law firm Link Legal has appointed M&A specialist Vijay Sureka as a corporate partner in Mumbai from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Sureka advises investors and promoters on joint ventures and M&A in industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, IT, hospitality, and education.

Before his time at SAM, Sureka worked at AZB & Partners and Wadia Ghandy & Co.
