Indian law firm Luthra and Luthra Law Offices has hired disputes expert Shreya Sircar as a partner in Delhi from Bharucha & Partners, its second partner hire in the capital in the last two weeks.

With more than 13 years of experience, Sircar advises on commercial disputes, arbitration, and litigation. She joined Bharucha in 2021 from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, where she was a principal associate. She previously worked for Bhasin & Company Advocates.

Sircar becomes Luthra’s recent partner hire in Delhi, following that of Vikash Kukreti from EY in February. Since the firm announced its new structure in July last year, it has seen steady partner movement, hiring Shivani Sinha, Sarika Raichur, Abhimanyu Kampani, Tamal Mandal and Abhilekh Verma as partners, and also losing partners Pallavi Bedi, William Vivian John, and Anshuman Mozumdar.

Sircar’s arrival has taken the number of Luthra partners in Delhi to 47.
