Indian law firm IndusLaw has raided HSA Advocates for seven of its New Delhi-based lawyers, including partners Navin Syiem and Avirup Nag.

Syiem specializes in banking and finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and capital markets matters. Prior to HSA, Syiem had stints at AZB, Trilegal and Ashurst. Meanwhile, energy and infrastructure partner Nag advises on project development, off-take, supply and regulatory issues in the power and natural gas sectors, and M&A matters as well.

Also joining from HSA are principal associate Abhishek Bhalla, senior associate Shraddha Malhotra, and associates Rohan Gosh, Niyati Bhatt and Shruti Barua.

With the new additions, IndusLaw now has 15 partners and more that 80 associates across its Indian offices.
