Krishnamurthy & Co (K Law), Samvād Partners and Link Legal have hired partners from rivals to bolster different practices.

Zeeshan Khan, previously a principal associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM), has joined K Law as a partner in New Delhi. Khan advises investors, resolution professionals, lenders, and banks in insolvency proceedings under India’s bankruptcy law.

Mumbai-headquartered Samvād Partners has hired Manu Varghese as a partner in its general corporate practice. Varghese, a former partner at White and Brief, advises on strategic acquisitions, and private equity investments and represents both the buy and sell side in joint ventures and inbound foreign investments.

Link Legal has hired corporate expert Prashanth Sabeshan as a partner in Bengaluru from Argus Partners. Sabeshan advises on infrastructure, renewable energy, and ESG.
