K&L Gates Straits Law, the Singapore office of K&L Gates, has hired project finance specialist Sarah Park as a partner from the Seoul office of White & Case.

This is firm’s second partner hire in the last three months. In January, it hired disputes professional Joan Lim-Casanova from Cavenagh Law, the Singapore formal law alliance firm of Clifford Chance.

With more than a decade of experience, Park advises sponsors, developers, export agencies, commercial lenders, private equity firms, and global conglomerates on renewables, project development, project financing, corporate, cross-border M&A, and private equity matters across the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Park joined White & Case in 2019, becoming a local partner in 2021. Previously, Park she was at Shearman & Sterling, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Latham & Watkins, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
