Morrison & Foerster has appointed project finance lawyer Tessa Davis in Singapore from Linklaters, where she headed the energy practice for the office in the city-state.
With experience of more than 18 years, Davis focuses her practice on the structuring and multi-sourced financing of infrastructure and energy projects, with an emphasis on liquefied natural gas (LNG), petrochemical, and renewable energy projects. She has advised clients on structured/corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial documentation in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Davis joined Linklaters from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in 2005, after spending four years in the latter firm’s New York office. She spent some years in London before moving to Singapore in 2013.
