Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has hired investment funds lawyer Joel Seow as a partner in Singapore, and a director of its local member firm, Morgan Lewis Stamford.

Prior to Seow’s appointment, Morgan Lewis Stamford rehired corporate specialist Vanessa Ng as a director. She also became a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

Seow, who worked with Dechert and Clifford Chance earlier in his career, joined Sidley as an associate in 2013, before being promoted to counsel in 2015. He has a focus on private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, and hedge funds.
