Singapore Big Four law firm Rajah & Tann has added four partners in their 40s to its executive committee, apart from naming new joint deputy managing partners.

Ng Kim Beng, who specialises in international arbitration, construction and projects, and Kelvin Poon, head of the international arbitration practice and the South Asia desk, have been named as joint deputy managing partners. They replace Rebecca Chew, who takes over chairperson of the Rajah & Tann Foundation.

The four partners named to the executive committee are Sim Kwan Kiat, Tracy Ang, Vikna Rajah and Shuhei Otsuka.

Rajah & Tann’s disputes practice also has new leadership, with partners Adrian Wong and Vikram Nair being named as head and deputy head, respectively.  Meanwhile, partner Sandy Foo was named as a co-deputy head of the corporate department.
