Singapore’s RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has hired Yang Eu Jin as a partner and co-head of its capital markets practice from Overseas Education, an SGX Mainboard-listed company, where he was an executive director and general counsel.

With about 20 years of experience, Yang has specialises in corporate and securities law-related work, with a focus on corporate finance and capital markets. He has advised local and foreign enterprises on public listings, post-listing corporate action and fund-raising activities on the SGX.

Prior to joining Overseas Education in 2011 as general counsel, Yang spent a decade at KhattarWong, leaving as a partner in the corporate and securities law department.
