Zico Insights Law, the ZICO Law network’s Singapore member firm, has hired corporate expert Jeremiah Huang as a director from RHTLaw, where he was a partner.

With more than a decade’s experience, Huang focuses on capital markets, corporate finance, M&A, funds and post-IPO corporate governance and compliance issues.

Prior to joining RHT, Huang was at Morgan Lewis Stamford for nearly four years.
