Allen & Overy has welcomed back capital markets specialist Felipe Duque as a partner in Singapore from Shearman & Sterling, where he was a counsel. 

Duque, who had earlier spent two years at Allen & Overy as a senior associate, acts for issuers, underwriters and other capital markets participants across debt, equity-linked and equity offerings. Previously based in New York and London, he has spent over half his career in Singapore, advising on transactions in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and elsewhere.

Aside from Allen& Overy, Duque has worked at U.S. law firm Finn Dixon & Herling, Davis Polk & Wardwell and Herbert Smith Freehills.
